How Made delicious smoothies that diabetics can Enjoy! Being diabetic does not mean that we must abandon all good. In fact, we diabetics can also enjoy a quick lunch or a refreshing smoothie smoothie twelve o'clock. These recipes are tasty, easy to do, and will fit into your diet when used as a meal replacement or snack, but not as a drink with a meal! Orange Smoothie Strawberry Sunrise is a great way to start your day. The Blueberry Smoothie is delicious and it is recommended to help diabetics who have a problem with an extended belly fat or stomach.
SUNRISE SMOOTHIE STRAWBERRY-ORANGE
1 container Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange Flavor Sugar-free drink mix
1 cup cold water
1 cup frozen strawberries without sugar added
1 / 4 cup milk
2 v. tablespoons fat free sour cream
Add drink mix with water and stir until the mixture is dissolved. Remove 2 tablespoons of the mixture prepared and put into a blender jar. Reserve remaining mixture of drinks.
Add strawberries, milk and sour cream in blender. Cover blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds or until the drink is thick and well blended. Serve immediately.
Yield: 1 serving
NOTE: Use the mixture of drinks stay to do more smoothies. Or pour the mixture into a pitcher and add 6 cups of cold water and stir to mix well. Serve or refrigerate.
It is a perfect drink to enjoy after a workout.
BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 cup nonfat milk *
6 ounces of skim yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp tablespoon of flaxseed oil
Place milk, yogurt and frozen blueberries in a blender jar. Mix for 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a glass and add the linseed oil.
Note: Soy milk may be replaced by milk fat.
