Waldorf Salad DIABETIC

1 / 2 c. diced celery

Mix mayonnaise and juice. Dice unpeeled apples. Mix with celery and walnuts. Stir in dressing.

as to coat chicken breasts without skin with one of McCormick's seasoning salt free. You may need to beat the chicken, if it's really thick at one end. Enter the chicken on high heat in a stainless steel saucepan for about 2 minutes per side. You want to caramelize the outside, but not fire. Put the pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes.

Cut it and mix it with cooked pasta, chopped fresh tomatoes, olives good (not jarred or canned), and a little olive oil.

You can dress your pasta with pesto or regular sun-dried tomato pesto instead of fresh tomatoes and olives. Pesto is easy, put the tomatoes, parsley and fresh basil and olive oil in a small robot. Process it into a paste and place on hot pasta and chicken. You can leave the sun-dried tomatoes and add the pine nuts and parmesan instead if you wish.

PS - I agree with strange little animal. There is no need to make a salad one thing and doing the guest of honor feel like a monster.

any salad is good, just make sure there is not too much sugar and there are enough ingredients to ensure a healthy blood sugar levels for some time after me.
