I created a recipe for diabetic pound cake. HELP! Thank you very much!? raw sugar is best to use recipes for diabetics that aposed white sugar or brown? So what is the best oil to use extra virgin olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil for all my cooking needs?

No sugar is best.
For olive oil cooking use, but not for cooking, too strong a taste, vegetable oil use.
Pound Cake DIABETIC
2 v. flour
1 / 2 c. corn oil
2 eggs
LG 3. Ripe bananas
1 1 / 2 tsp soup. liquid sweetener
4 c. soup. buttermilk
1 tsp raisins
1 tsp tea. soda
1 tsp tea. vanilla
1 1 / 2 tsp pecans
Sift flour and soda. Add oil, liquid sweetener. Mix well until light. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. Pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

1 tsp tea. soda
1 1 / 2 tsp soup. liquid sugar substitute
4 c. soup. buttermilk
1 tsp raisins
1 1 / 2 tsp pecans or mixed
Sift flour and soda together. Add oil, milk and sugar substitutes and mix well. Beat eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased and floured loaf or tube and and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 1 / 2 hours.
