Does anyone have a list of diabetic friendly foods that I can buy at the grocery store? I'm newly diabetic and I do not cook at all. I just need a list of diabetic friendly foods that Kra¶gers supermarket or any other door. If you want more details you can send me an e-mail.

On a sidenote ... you can greatly reduce future problems by changing your diet, so I recommend you take control of this disease with medication / diet / exercise. I am a nursing student and have seen first hand how diabetes can ravage your body if not controlled. Good luck and God bless.

buy Atkins diet foods, they limit carbohydrates and carbohydrates are your Big Bad Guy, and obtain raw salad greens in a bag and a salad dressing low in carbohydrates and a few tomatoes, then for small Lunch obtain low-fat, artificially sweetened yogurt, and a scrambled egg with that if you can cook that much, then started taking cooking classes for diabetics.
