I need a recipe for chocolate cookies diabetic smart.? My sister is diabetic, his birthday is imminent. I just want to do something for her. I will be sending cookies. Thank you.
DIABETIC COOKIES Chocolate Chip
1 / 2 c. butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp soup. liquid sweetener
1 tsp sifted flour
1 / 2 c.. soda
1 / 4 c.. salt
1 / 2 c. chocolate chips semisweet
Mix well and drop teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
Chocolate Chip Cookies for diabetics

Margarine 1 c to room temperature. 2 c flour
1 / 4 C sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda
3 / 4 c of brown sugar twin sugar subst 1 / 4 ts Salt
3 Large egg whites room temperature 1 / 4 c water, room temperature
1 tsp tablespoon vanilla 1 / 2 C Mini semisweet cho. chips
Beat together margarine, sugar substitute sugar at medium speed
until light and fluffy. Add egg white and vanilla to creamed mixture
and beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Mix together flour, soda and
salt to mix well. Add 1 / 4 cup water to creamed mixture with
flour mixture and mix at medium speed for 1 minute or until
chocolate chips to the batter and mix gently smooth.Add. pass
spoon on cookie sheets that have been lined with alumium
foil or spray sparyed WFP. Press lightly with fingers
immersed in cold water to form a circle about 2 inches in diameter. Bake at 375 F
for about 12 minutes or until golden. (Cookies will not be net
unless they are golden brown) Remove cookies to cookie sheets over hot
rack to cool the room temperate. Allow 2 cookies per serving.
Variation: Chocolate Chip Bars: Instead of dropping dough onto cookie
paste spreadsheets, evenly in a jelly pan Rool was sprayed
or greased with margarine. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes, or until
lightly browned and the bars come off the side of the pan.Cool
at room temperature and cut to yield 36 bars. 2 bars per serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. butter and brown sugar substitute. Add egg and vanilla, cream until fluffy. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, mix in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on a roof prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light brown and crispy.
