Anyone have a good brownie recipe DIABETIC? BROWNIES DIABETIC chocolate and nuts
1 / 3 c. plus 1 soup. butter
Liquid sugar substitute equal to 1 c. sugar
3 c. tea. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
2 v. soup. cocoa
1 tsp sifted flour
1 / 2 c.. salt
1 / 2 c.. yeast
12 pecans, finely chopped
Mix butter, sugar substitute, eggs and vanilla. Sift together cocoa, flour, salt and yeast. Add the liquid mixture and mix well. Add nuts. Pour into a non-stick 8 inch pan. Level batter in pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on a rack. Cut into 16 squares.

1 / 4 cup butter or shortening
1 / 4 cup applesauce
2 v. soup. liquid sweetener
2 v. soup. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten, or substitution
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 / 2 c.. salt
1-1/2 tea. baking soda
1 / 4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Sift cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla, sweetener, eggs. Stir until well-blended and add the dry ingredients. until the mixture Mix well, add chopped nuts, pour into a greased 8 inch square. pulp level smoothly. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
