Cooking Pork

I have a pork barbecue Contr. I have them in the oven to 350. How long do they need to cook?

45 minutes, cover paper

Approximately 20 minutes per pound. Turn them regularly until they reach desired doneness.

30 minutes per pound.

I cooked for a long time .... is what you do ...

Boil the ribs in the first place ... until they are cooked .... then put in oven on broil .... let preheat and slather the ribs with barbecue sauce you use and that turn brown and they are done.

** Pork Boiling always be cooked before frying or baking in the oven or under the broiler ....

45 minutes to an hour - check in 45 minutes.

I guess Contr pork ribs are who have been cut in half or thirds.
