I have to bring a snack to school, and I'm Jewish, I thought putting chocolate covered matzo. However, a girl in my class is gluten free. I know no unleavened yeast, but it contains gluten?

Matzoh can be made of several different grains. When you buy, check the label. A grain is practically gluten free oats.
