Chicken Ideas??? Anyone have any good chicken recipes??? Another thing that the typical fried chicken, or baked????

Greek Chicken Breast
To a person, you must:
1 whole chicken breast (boneless)
1 / 4 cup of feta cheese (cheese is a Greek type, you can also use Gruere)
1 / 4 cup chopped green pepper

1 can Rotel
1 can chicken broth
grated cheese
Rice Roni Spanish rice
Brown bacon in a skillet. set aside. Do not overcook! Leave the bacon drippings in skillet, sear the chicken lightly on both sides.
Meanwhile brown rice per package A Roni Add chicken broth and half of the Rotel and Packett seasoning. Pour into flat dish or 8x12 9x13. Lay chicken breasts on top, top with the rest of Rotel, chop bacon and add to the top of chicken. Paper Cover, bake 45 min. Remove the lid add the cheese, to recover more than 10 min. Serve and enjoy.
