Chicken Apple Sausage

they are pre cooked apples flavored chicken sausage breakfast, we have a big package of them. My husband and I were not very fond of them by themselves with breakfast, a bit too sweet for our taste. What can I do with them? meals, snacks, whatever .....

I thought you might fix a sandwich for lunch or a snack, I thought you said the sausage was a bit sweet if you choose a salty cheese with onions, etc. .. these flavors balancing the sweetness of the sausage. I like a sandwich with sausage, also a very good brand of mustard would compliment the sausage. On the issue of lots of people like cheese apples and cheddar!

Cook them in a sauerkraut-who has the edge off the sweetness and gentleness will the edge off the sauerkraut.
