Chantal OrganicsMakeup cancer patients: Teaching your clients how to stay beautiful inside and out!

Thus, your client has cancer, and she knows the facial skin and changes during treatment and she turned to you for help professional makeup artist? This is for you.
As a makeup artist, it is important to be friendly and well informed of what a cancer patient goes through. There are things a patient has no control over, but as an artist informed, you can teach them to take charge of their beauty regimen. Given that cancer is not a joke, some might think to wonder what force a patient to focus on beauty at a time like this. Here are my thoughts on this ...

The way we look affects how we feel about ourselves. So how a patient feels about herself can significantly affect how she feels physically. There is a significant relationship between self-esteem and physical well-being important to the recovery of cancer patients. If the treatment has changed their look, as a professional, you must adopt a positive approach to help them change their outlook. Teach them to take charge of their appearance, can reap tremendous benefits including: renewed self-esteem, relieving depression and a sense of empowerment and control.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy can cause havoc on the skin of a patient. Like the rest of their bodies, their skin should be treated during this period. So I compiled a list of tips to teach you the artist, how to help your clients through this difficult process. Well, I tried these tips on real patients, make sure you have your clients consult their doctor before starting this plan or any other beauty in action.
A common disease of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is a sensitive skin. If your client's skin becomes dry, itchy or he decides to push, use products labeled "sweet and sensitive" is key. Here are some tips on getting your customers sign up by:

SKIN

* Make sure they get approval from their physician for all topical applications, including creams, makeup, sunscreen, etc.

* Make sure you have to adjust their system for skin care, if their skin type has changed.

* Ask them to avoid the hot water to warm opting instead. Hot water can dry the skin and to their current state of the skin worse. Warm water is softer and more soothing for sensitive skin.

* Advise them to never rub the affected areas! This can cause a break in the skin and cause infection.

* Recommend that they resist the temptation to scratch the itch! Cornstarch can help control itching. Just have Mix water and cornstarch to make a paste and apply on the itchy areas.

* If they get any rashes, have to wait until their skin heals completely before they shave or anything about it. In addition, have to consult their doctor before using any product on broken skin.
* Cancer treatment can increase vulnerability to infection, to remind them to keep hygiene a high priority. Recommend to always wash hands before using the products and lids close tightly. In addition, to keep fingers from containers, use clean cotton balls, disposable pads or sponge tip applicator for distribution. And finally, to share products ever and always replace them as recommended by the manufacturer.

Makeup:
As we know that makeup application "heavy" makeup will never make your skin look better. In fact, we know that the result will be very unnatural. Instead, you have your clients opt for a natural look fresh and healthy with a light hand application.

* Spell concealer to hide the key spots or discoloration of the skin. packages cream or stick work best, because they tend to be thicker. Pro Tip: "dotted" on it and mix well with fingers or a disposable sponge. Choosing the right color is also important.
