Cellulose Casing

I really like the feeling of being drunk, but I hate the taste of alcohol. Is there a way to swallow without tasting vodka? I know that these "Liquigel" pills have some sort of cellulose casing filled with medicine. Could this concept is used with alcohol on a larger scale?
