I do not think ... I tried different types of seafood (shellfish) in the Philippines, such as scallops, etc. .. (I forgot the names ... lol!), But not Diwal ... I think. (--,)

General Santos City is the capital of tuna, I do not know the capital of seafood

I think it is of Puerto Princesa, Palawan. 80% of their catch goes to the capital of the Philippines.

The area around Capiz in the north Pinay is famous for seafood, especially Diwal.

Palawan, Puerto Princesa City, Phils, they provide the seafood 80% in the country Phil. fresh seafood in Puerto Princesa. Lobster, shrimp, Lapu-Lapu, etc..
