Ingredients: 1 slice of cheese cream Bologna a bit of chilli olives 2
How to Prepare: Slice the 2 olives in half. Then attach the Bologna process on the plate. Then Spread cream cheese across middle of Bologna, and put the two halves of olive on top of cream cheese. Wrap the bologna in an envelope.

Salami Tacos
Ingredients: Genoa salami CheeseGreen cream onion (chopped)
How to prepare: Simply place a generous amount of cream cheese in the middle of a piece of salami. Then, top with green onions and fold in half.

Strawberry Yogurt
Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese 2 tablespoons. 3 tablespoons heavy cream. SPLENDA (amt vary. To taste) 3 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
How to prepare: Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

As you can see, healthy snacks and tasty can be so easy to prepare. There is now no reason why you never go hungry while you're on your weight loss diet again.
