Why all the canned corn beef come from Brazil? I like to fix corned beef and cabbage. I use cans of corned beef and all the marks come from Brazil. Why? Thank you
Not at all. But Brazil produces a lot of beef. Exports of fresh beef are primarily ground beef for fast food and cuts better. Less expensive, like breast reductions were not as great a market because the quality is not the best. Brazilian beef is almost no end grain and tends to be on the lean side. But the chest makes good corned beef.
Because Brazil is number one in cattle. Also in soybean, coffee and sugar, but not only agriculture. Brazil is the third in the aircraft, one of the most in six vehicles and computers, one of the 10 largest in electronics.
I invite you to visit my Youtube channel to get an idea of what Brazil is like:

I always heard that the process to make corned beef is not approved in the United States. I do not know if it's true or not.
