How long do I cook a roast beef and two pounds peak at what temperature? I do a roast beef, two pounds of her, and I also have carrots and potatoes and onions with it. I saw the cooking time so many times and I do not know how long or at what temperature should I cook it. Anyone with experience know what I should do?
